Hello everyone, this might be a stupid question, but does anyone know the yoga style adison briana (flow with adee) uses on her youtube channel I feel as though i am making little to no progress I am wanting to get certified in teaching yoga, but need to know the style name
Picture of Adison Briana
I looooove her flows and would like to teach that kind of yoga How often should i train Slow, dynamic movements, kind of dancey (thats what comes to mind lol, kind of flowy)

This sub is for the promotion of healthy fitness goals, advice, and encouragement for the transgender… I love adison briana on youtube She has a background in dance (like me) and i relate to her style and flow very much These are in my current rotation but she has tons of videos
Splits and backbends flexibility flow advanced flexibility dance inspired flow frog flow stretch intensive frog pose stretch intensive seated straddle deep hip stretch Her youtube channel is named adison briana It is a warm up that also includes gentle stretches and i really notice a big difference when i do this before getting into deeper stretches. Adison briana also has some great ones
The problem with just following along is that every body is different, and so someone else's routine wont be the fastest way for you to progress
About the beginning of 2020, i started making up my own routines (quarantine actually helped a lot with this) but like i said, my routine may not be best for you. I really like adison briana's chanel She takes the time to show lots of variations and explain everything well, and she has a ton of different videos and different difficulty levels 🤗 I've been doing a lot of yoga for a year, and in particular doing adison briana's (flow with adee for older viewers) frog pose routines for like 10 months, and i've come waaay further than i've even thought possible.
Checkout adison briana’s youtube for free flexibility content Here’s a link to her flexibility playlist I haven’t tried her youtube videos, but i tried her $10/month flexibility program last year and really liked it She has videos for all levels (i did beginners) and my flexibility did improve.
I am training to get my full middle splits
I have finally achieved my front splits on the left side and am super close on the right I had to cut back training to four days a week (used to get six) I train for middle splits about 45mins each time i train Would that be enough to be effective
