I was recently using capcut pro with a monthly package, and after the month i wanted to use the yearly version and paid the money Ok, so i just started using capcut on pc and i don’t know how to import fonts, so im stuck to the system fonts But apparently, cap cut automatically deducts my money to pay for the next month, which means that now i have both the monthly and the yearly package

So is there any way to delete the monthly package and get a refund? The problem is when i export a file and exit capcut, i can no longer come back to the raw file of that export. So i have the basic version of capcut and at one point when i exported a video, an add popped up saying i can get capcut pro for free by downloading the desktop version using a specific code

Capcut starts installing into c right away there is a field to chose location but the time to click on it the installation on c is already done 95% I have managed to stop it several times. Currently, whenever i work on capcut, i do not seem to have any other option than to export final file But i want to come back to the project file to make further edits later
