There is a petco (minneapolis) that i went to that has a pretty limited freshwater (and some saltwater) selection and the tanks are all in very poor condition and literally all of the bettas were sick Unfortunately my lfs doesn't sell them either so that. I've heard lots of bad fish stories concerning petco and petsmart
