I’ve been using surfline frequently to check to forecast for various beaches in japan and i noticed surfline is wrong awfully often Surfline is basically a streaming service and on the day of swell i can check wind conditions across multiple local spots via the cams Theyir forecasts are so insanely bad and innaccurate since they updated, at least for my area. Here is how i use the surfline app to figure out where to go
Swell direction is important since this is where geography comes in regarding the exposure of a spot to swells. Truehey guys, i just got a new garmin fenix 7x and there is a surfline activity/app i can use with it I don't own an apple device so i can't use the surfline sessions for the iphone But is it any good for tracking

Any feedback would be appreciated I see people hating on surfline pretty often, and i’m not sure if they realize how dumb they look It takes a real ignorance of how complicated forecasting is to blatantly point out every time it’s slightly off, as if you’re the first genius to point out the swell missed town or something. The surfline app is just so poorly designed i can't stand using it. Surfline isn't terrible as long as you realize the only thing worth paying for are the cameras That said it's ridiculously overpriced and not worth it when there are alternatives
