Yes, quicken has had connection issues with fifth third bank since 9/27 However, only three of my four accounts (2 savings, and 1 trio credit card) updated with zero transactions. Both quicken and 5/3 are aware of the problem

They advise not to attempt to add or update accounts with fifth third bank until this time frame has passed. I just ran a one step update and quicken says that it completed my fifth third update
