Recently we've been unable to log into easyweb but since webbroker still worked we didn't worry about it Their customer service was lacking, no easy way to get to fraud dept This week we learned that they had disabled our easyweb access when our debit cards expired and they won't reinstate access until we visit a branch with id.
Fast forward to tonight, i grew more suspicious thinking about it, i still couldnt log into easyweb (my online banking for those who dont know), so i called back
Fwiw, when i try to reset my password, it told me to call the exact number they contacted me on I even redialed the number we talked on to try and assure myself i was talking to a legitimate td number.
