Just came here to say ups is the worst shipping service by far And this has been since the 7th today is the 11th which on my tracking app said that that was the estimate for the delivery day but on the ups site itself they're saying that they will update a delivery date when they get the item. Called customer and they said the package is in manhattan. I recently dropped off a package at a ups store that had a prepaid label It shows no movement on the tracking number…the recipient never received it I called and spoke with them twice twice, they said they don’t have any receipt of the package and never scanned it.
